Goodday hivers..!! I remember some months ago when i made a post our bag garden...Where we planted maize, vegetables and yam,i even talked about clearing the weeds and adding of manures..
Two months ago was the maize harvested, and we were using the vegetabls (pumpkin and water leaf) but of recent, while i was away the dried up and withered away.
The yam is the only plant left in the garden and will soon be harvested ending of next month.
The yam despite it's limited space has is doing well and from looking at it we'll have a nice harvest.
Last year,it was maize we bountifully harvested.people found hard to believe that we actually harvested those huge maize from a bag garden.
How wish i had pictures of them, but nevertheless, we're hopeful about getting a sensible harvest from the garden. additionally, yams are very costly in my area.So it will help to cut cost buying yams.
During the harvest,i will make an update post here, and also my advice to people who have agricultural in mind not to wait till they get 10 plot before they can start farming. You can start from a little space at your backyard, you start with bag garden just like me and with constant care you'll actually see it cut some costs for you.
