Yup. Look at the leaves at the base of the plant.
Then compare them with the leaves on Cow Parsley
Re: your garden. I refer you to my herbal walk with @todayslight for details of how to distinguish between cow parsley and hemlock (conium maculatum) Not how you want to be taking your first steps into foraging/wild food.
TLDR; cow parsley is hairy and smells of grass when crushed, hemlock smooth with purple streaks, smells ick when crushed.
