Robert Kiyosaki said out his research that 1 in every 10 businesses survive up to 10 years. It is even a matter of how scarce it can be as concerning where the future of professional business is heading to. Customers now prefer the word ‘we’ instead of ‘I’ no matter how good you may be. Or to add to the disadvantage board, you will be underpaid.
If it is not working, it is not working because you can't make it work. The same thing you are struggling with or at most keeping it on ‘a hand to mouth business’ others are becoming millionaires and billionaires through it.
I have seen eateries and I have also seen top class eateries. I a have seen grocery stores and in have also seen a top class grocery stores, the difference is at what pace and angle you are pushing it; a business model or just another addition to an uncertain small scale department.
You must think big if you wish to get big. Business has not really been that encouraging in terms of workflow against results, but we still have to push. My co-partner said something to me yesterday concerning what we are going to; our focus is on wealth building which has to do with accruing enough assets.
Not a bad idea but it can also be one that needs long term stamina. We are not planning to do the ‘run for any money business’ but creating a flywheel puller that will be consistently bringing out sustainable profit. Adding to that, we have some bills to put out with little workflow. We need more machines, in the process, we will be able to set standards and draw people in; both workers and customers.
The fact is, the future of businesses belongs to companies. Small scale businesses are gradually folding up, why. The business line is not working; or better put, at a small scale, big transactions are very far off. At least, I have seen some people who were more professional in sewing than me change their line of business.
It was an analysis we made yesterday during that meeting. The earlier one accepts what is, the better. If we fail to focus on coming out as a brand and also step up all our tactics, the future might not be as sustainable as concerning this industry.
Technology is advancing and so is business too. Companies will soon be relating only with companies as a lot of small scale industries shrink out due to the cost of running and maintaining business. Adding to that, the more people advance, the more both sides (workers and customers or patronizers) will disregard menial jobs.
Everyone wants to get his things done where there is relevance. Proper processes are now being checked even by the governments.
To conclude, let me add, business will favor those who understand or at least sense what the future holds. I will advise, as an entrepreneur, don't plan on staying small.
