I have to admit, that one got to me. --sad face-- I'm just like that person. I tend to apologize way too much for things that aren't my fault. It took me a long, long, time to get any self-confidence. And, even now, I sometimes slip and tell myself I'm worthless. It's hard to get out of that mindset. I'm now trying to help a young friend, who grew up being badly mistreated, to get him out of his own head the same way. I guess it helps, knowing what I went through - mine was from school not home, to help him who went through it in school and home.
