First of all you need to understand that bitcoin is more popular than steem and it is also ranked higher than steem on most exchanges including coinmarketcap.com

I believe that there are more investors on bitcoin than steem,i might be wrong but that is just my own observation concerning investment on bitcoin and steem,i do not think it will be easy for people to dump bitcoin and want to invest more on steem

I feel it will not be easy for them to take such decisions because even the bitcoin price controls the price of most cryptocurrencies,wheneve the bircoin price is higher the other cryptocurrencies tend to go higher too and when the bitcoin price goes lower then the price of most cryptocurrencies goes down too...steem is a good cryptocurrency that is good to invest on but expecting people to dump bitcoin and invest on steem might not be very realistic,don’t get me wrong,yeah it is possible for people to do just that but it just a probability
