Every morning I have to cross some roads to get to work. I really hate to wait. I don't have the patience for it. But rules are rules or ? Should you cross the road when the are no roads in sight and when there pedestrian light is red? ...
This question plays in my mind almost every day. I wonder if the lights are there for our own safety or to keep us in check? I don't like being told what to do, I can make a good judgement myself, if it's safe or not to cross...
But after giving it some good thought I never cross the light when it's red: what's the point of saving a few seconds of time if you lose the rest of your life ? Also others standing next to you might follow after and one of the people behind you will be hit by a car because you couldn't wait a bit.
This is not supposed to be a moral educational post, it's simply me sharing a bit of my weird thoughts - hope you like it hehe.
