At what age did you learn it's easier to crush small ones with big ones rather than the other way around?

Just today in the waiting room I heard someone in the hallway "it doesn't matter what color your skin is, if you point a gun at a cop they're going to shoot you." I wanted so bad to yell 'only a fuckin white guy would say that you fuckin asshole!'
