We agree on many things. I'm glad you stopped by dude, don't be a stranger. That Black Wall Street is pretty terrible. We're not stupid, it may be referred to as something different today, but that was just the beginning.

Oh this tension is absolutely strategic. The worst part is only a few white people will admit it. Just yesterday it happened (again!!), fuckin sucks! It's beginning to happen more and more.

My wife and I were sitting on the boardwalk and she wanted me to ask this dude if he lived there and for how long. We were at St Pete's Beach. I would've asked him how he likes the area.. favorite restaurant, etc. She and I have lived in 16 countries so we know the best way to get a feel for the area is have a sit down with a local regardless of language barriers. Anywho.. this happens often now and it's heartbreaking.

'Hey man you live here?' He never looked at me, ignored me and walked as though I'm a mute.
'Excuse me do you live here, we're just trying to get a feel for the area.'
"Yup."
'Got a minute? Can I talk to you real quick?'
He's not wearing a shirt, we're at the beach on a boardwalk, it's not like anyone's pressed for time.
"Nope."

That's all I got. Ignored, "yup" and "nope." And that's what it's like anymore when I try to talk to a black person.

But I don't give a fuck. I'll keep talking and they can keep ignoring me.
