No, I’m not Greek. The only Greek I have in me is when I binge eat melomakarona’s. I’m from a tiny little town on the other side of you called Los Angeles, California with no heritage, culture or diversity. <— that was a joke.
I’m a bastard, never met the dude contributed to my existence, can you believe that?! Someone as cool as me and the maggot never even met him—weak! I heard his family is of European descent, though, but that could be wrong.
My mother’s side of the family is America which means, pick any heritage you want and I probably have a piece of that in me.
You know the link you sent me is titled “Turkish Invasion Of Cypress,” right? It even has “invasion” in the title. The people I met on the train still possess their deeds to their land, it’s in their possession yet they’re occupied by Turks. You, nor anyone, can force be to believe that’s right or “good.”
I’m not saying they never occupied land together. Native Americans occupied land with American settlers “together” which also led to their genocide. Did Turks occupy British land with Cypress? Sure. Was it Turkish land? No. British starts with a B.
Like I’ve said, though, throughout my travels, I haven’t met ONE Turkish person—not one. But I’ve met many others from Asia, all throughout the Middle East, many, many, many, Europeans and zero Turks. That tells me the Turks have no reason to be refugees, they have no reason to leave, they have a home, etc. and I can only hear one side of the story from each of those other individuals and none (n.o.n.e) of them have anything good to say about Turkey.
Good morning, @anonymity5. I’m currently seven hours ahead of you, I hope your Wednesday is the best one of the year! We’ll be in Israel as of this weekend, maybe I’ll meet a Turkish person over there, “maybe.”
