Me he perdido un poco estos días, y por lo tanto se me ha arruinado todo el plan de ejercicio, comida ya que me he enfermado muy fuerte, tanto que no he podido ni levantarme de la cama. Creo que es una especie de variante de COVID ya que siento los mismos síntomas y los recuerdo claramente como si hubiera sido ayer.

He estado tomando muchísimos tés, algún antialérgico y también para el malestar general, creo que el cuerpo también por una parte me pide descansar de todo, me gusta estar siempre haciendo algo y digamos que es una forma de descansar de toda la rutina. Solo espero que no se extienda mi gripe para volver a todo lo que tanto me gusta hacer.

I've been a bit lost these days, and therefore my whole exercise, food plan has been ruined as I've been very sick, so much so that I couldn't even get out of bed. I think it's some sort of COVID variant as I feel the same symptoms and remember them clearly as if it was yesterday.

I have been taking a lot of teas, some anti-allergic and also for the general malaise, I think the body also on the one hand asks me to rest from everything, I like to be always doing something and let's say it is a way to rest from the whole routine. I just hope that my flu does not spread so I can go back to everything I like to do so much.
