So welcome to Team PH we are so happy that you have chosen to join our community. Now you are probably asking yourself what have I gotten myself into and you are right in asking that question.
Let me break it down for you.

Team PH works on an initiative basis. Currently there are various projects running. Some projects have been closed down. New ones will be created in the future. When you stake the team PH make sure to say/allocate it to the specific project you are wanting to join.

1.Curation Initiative

Curation is for helping TeamPH members be more exposed to the Hive Blogging Ecosystem by writing high quality articles/posts and getting upvoted to earn some Hive/HBD while doing so. We have an upvote of roughly 1 Hive to help build out our community and help more people learn and understand what the perks are with blogging.

Make sure you have at least 1000 Team PH staked in order to get upvoted.

2.Team PH Main Guild

Are you serious Splinterlands player looking for a guild competing at the peak of Tier 3 Brawls.
Do you own a GF deck or A/B deck that is looking to compete.

Team PH payouts for top brawl performers.
Team PH payout for the no 1 Brawler per season.

3.Team PH Starter Guild

Are you new or returning player of Splinterlands looking for a guild to earn some juicy SPS and Merits for participating in brawls.

4.Land Mortgage

TeamPH offers an opportunity for our Community to Own Land. We have launched a 2% interest Mortgage Scheme, accessible to our Community Members. Like rent to own in real life our community can pay over a period of 12 months.
We look to strengthen our Filipino Community and eradicate barriers of entry. Together as One we will strive for perfection. One Love, TeamPH !!

5.SPS Wheel of Fortune

On the 7th of each month based on a first come first served basis you send 1000 Team PH tokens to the TeamPHgiveaways account that earns you a spin to get a full month of SPS delegation from 1000 - 5000 this funds our monthly tournament creation fee. Which is another way we give back to our community.

6.Team PH dividends payout for top stakers.

Last but not least is our Top 10 stakers for the month earn dividends so giving back to our most dedicated supporters as a thank you for being active and participating in Team PH.
