this is one of the many batman villains and is part of the group closest to the dark knight and itself one of the best known and loved, the penguin has been represented in different ways, sometimes of medium height and in others up to almost a dwarf, sometimes totally with an elegant style, in others between elegant and messy but always has some style in his dress, a villain with power in gotham capable of easily causing chaos
