Survival is the essence of this movie, but through the sieve, sprinkle a strong psychological drama and a terror incredible from start to end. Cold atmosphere is very well played and after a few minutes of blizzard, begin to feel it some tremors. Fear the characters, recognized by several times during the film is observed oddly enough. The characters do not seem sorrow, but wolves seen through their eyes seem rather some freak giants. The scenario does not have big gaps, although some specific survival stereotipii movies are inserted into the landscape easy enough. The survivors die in a particular order quite logic, one foot remains less always locked into something and morbid irony has been introduced by the final. Unfortunately the entire game of survival is pretty predictable so that after two, three details start know end without much fuss.
Up to observe all those mentioned above will say that The Gray is directed by Joe Carnahan, known to the public for the A-Team and begins when a plane full of hunters collapses somewhere in the middle of the pustietatii in Alaska. The fall of the jet scene was well thought out. Panic sets up quickly, the jet falls apart gradually, some others do not survive. The bodies are all over the place, the survivors formed a group and of them a leader is noted. Ottway (Liam Neeson) is a predator wolves with experience and survival is somewhat unfair to him. The night before he was tempted to take his life, but wildlife prevented him. Now the same kind wants to punish him harder and up to blinding itself is planning to terorizeze physical and mental stress. Shortly after the collapse of the survivors group is attacked by a pack of wolves.
