Trying the Titanic

Greetings friends of Cinnamon Cup Coffee.

It's been a while since I've been around these parts and the truth is that it had been a while since I met with my friends to have a good time in a coffee shop, but this Saturday there were no excuses, the three of us could and to give us the full pleasure we went to our favorite coffee shop. La Cafebrería.

La Cafebrería is a themed coffee shop, it is the only one in my city that presents weekly events, live music, comedy, conferences, among others. Its decoration is vintage style, which I have already commented on other occasions and fascinates me, its essence is books, whose library is growing every day and is projected as unique because it promotes reading through book exchanges with customers and users.

It also stands out for its variety and excellent coffee, its pastries are exquisite, and the service is unbeatable, which means that when you leave the place you are completely relaxed, happy and grateful for the good time enjoyed.

Now, focusing on coffee, I want to tell you that I tried a preparation that I did not know: Café Titanic, I made a photographic series to show you what it is, if you do not know it.

When the young man who was serving us appeared with a mug containing two scoops of vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips and another mug with espresso coffee I was surprised, I asked him to wait to take the pictures.

When I was ready, he began his art, with extreme delicacy he was pouring the coffee on one side of the ice cream, the idea was that the ice cream would float in the coffee and he succeeded!

It is ironic that the Titanic with all its symbolism is part of the imaginary, and you can create a drink that represents it, while I was preparing it I had the image in my head, definitely, the mind connects easily with sensory metaphors.

After that magical moment, in which my friend was also ecstatic, I went for a walk to enjoy this coffee full of flavor and textures. Quite an experience.
