Yesterday I spent a good part of my day at the most important national airport in my country. The National Airport of Maiquetia. From the city where I live to this airport, by car, there are approximately two hours, however, the volume of vehicles on the highway can be very congested so being cautious you have to leave with time.
So I arrived two hours early to pick up my granddaughters, who agreed to come and spend Christmas with us. After presenting myself to the airline to let them know that I was already there and that they could board them in their city, I had a long time to wait, and it was precisely the time for the afternoon coffee.
There are several Coffee Shops in the central hall of the airport, but I decided to look for one that I remembered had a view of the runway. The truth is that I love to contemplate this movement of airplanes and the maneuvers made by the workers.
The truth is that I found the cafeteria, different in many ways, but what I was looking for was there. I approached the bar and ordered a coffee, a large mocaccino. I looked around the space to find the perfect view, the one where I could calmly watch the movement of the runway and enjoy my coffee.
When the coffee arrived, it seemed to me that the young lady had made a beautiful lotus flower, I told her about it, between laughter and kindness I asked her to take my picture. Ha,ha,ha,ha and although I was disappointed by the size of the coffee, which was not very big, I recognize that it was exquisite: hot, strong and creamy.
