Its 1.1 on the external markets, mainly Upbit. If you follow the price on the internal market https://hub.peakd.com/market/advanced its very close to $1, but coingecko and others aggregators doesnt report that price.

Overall its becouse of low liqudity, but HBD is working as intended.
