This is some kind of bug or a temporary action on Upbit ... if you go on the internal market, and try to buy cheap HBD ... you will see that it is valued at $1 for instant trade...

P.S. Coingecko just doesnt have a good price feed for hbd, since it is illiquid ... few made aplication to include the price feed from the internal market as well
