Tracking the DEC supply has been a little bit challenging for me :)

The thing is this is data from Hive Engine where not all the supply is presented.... although I have been comparing with one of the game APIs and it was consistent

Later, yaba explained in discord that the official DEC supply is the in game supply, not the one on HE, but the API above have not been updated.
At the time the HE supply was around 3B, while in game was around 6B. I guess the trends from HE are still similar as in game data.

I need to look again now, for in game API with the official data for DEC, and update the post.
