Hive inflation = 7.96%

Not sure I like the proposal above. CR is basically one of the main point in holding HIVE, even with autovotes.

Also if we are going on the way of lowering inflation, maybe lower down both, the author and curation rewards in half. Also DAO :)

Not sure yet what would be a better solution then the one we have now.
Incentive for curation is great, and gameifing it is even better.

If we want to make it easier maybe we can allow a 100% drain on the VP in one vote. (from the 2% now).

A lot of options out there, need to take a deeper look into this.
