Yes a woman is always obliged to obey her husband at any given time or place if the instruction/commend are Godly.
Because God as place the man as the head of the woman
1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
Also buttress by Ephesians 5:22-23 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
So when a woman disobeys her husband peace and joy also disappear from the home.
Proverbs 21:19 It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman.
Which will eventually affect the upbringing of the children in such home.
Finally when a woman obeys her husband there is joy and peace in such home and the home will be progressive.
