Almost all applications use English, because English is an international language, yet if the founders of the app want application more success surely on the app should be available features that are interesting, one is language variation. Not all people speak English so an option is to add other languages.
Proposal
I want an leafpic this added some foreign language to represent the continent respectively, this will be more interesting. But would it better if all languages are available.

Thus everyone can use the app leafpic, what I mean is to use only English people who do not understand English then don't know what to do or other stuff, but if leafpic provides a variety of languages so all users could also freely de-compile the application.
The user also prospective more comfortable using the language of the country respectively
