I had a really hard time picking a winner since every gift was special to each person for a different reason. So I decided to use the PICK engine developed by @good-karma to choose the winner. It is a great tool to randomly select a commenter from your post. It will also allow you to pick the comment with the most upvotes or highest comment pay out.
