Usernames within the community should they remain or should they have a time limit

So this brings an intresting point about account where the only thing of real value is the name that they hold

And this brought forward the idea that with these account shoudl they be deleted of if
A) no activity reported in 2 years or login to wallet
B) no holdable assets on the wallet over the amount $100
C) Less then a few followers of followees

Would this be something you would like or is it a bad idea
