Hola Internautas =^^= !

++ Español ++

++ English ++

Today on a normal day full of summer winds and a sun that seems to melt you, I went to the backyard and watched one of the many chickens we have at home as she was walking around the garden with her chicks.

When the mother saw me she began to get a little upset and made a loud noise as a warning signal telling anyone who approached her that it would be bad if she continued to approach, a defense mechanism in many animals although many do it to show off and avoid having to run for their lives hoping that the predator would desist from its attack.

Even with this I approached her carefully telling her tock tock and I think she understood that I didn't want to hurt her and I was just a spectator, nothing compared to another hen that also got her chicks recently, she is very surly and jumps and flies like crazy if someone approaches her.

I was surprised she let me get close but I kept my distance and just watched as she was with her children scratching the ground, I guess they were looking for worms, I don't know the truth.

They are all so small and black =^^= very similar to the mother, and always go everywhere together, and the funny thing is that it is not the natural mother, because when she was incubating she put eggs from another hen, taking advantage of the situation and so since that day she has raised them as her own children =^^==
