I spent almost 70 minutes doing a mix of stretching and aerobics, and then hopped on my bike for another 50 minutes. While pedaling, I made sure to keep my heart rate low so as not to interrupt my body's recovery. Apparently, this worked really well, because my training readiness has climbed to 60, putting it in the green zone. I'd like to see this value climb even higher, but I'm very happy with the progress. My sleep score was also better than in recent days at 84, and my body battery was also higher than before at 52. *** So I seem to be on the right track. Today I have to go to the office at lunchtime, so I can only train in the morning. I'll do that right away. On the agenda is the "Climb of the Week," which is only available today. I won't know what I'm getting myself into until I start the Zwift software.
