No I don't use one. Maybe I should. To get a little bit more organised. But that does not mean I don't think about money and budgets. On the contrary, I think about it all the time. But I keep it all in my head.

Every month when I get my paycheck, I know exactly what I need to do with my money. The most important part and the first thing to do is to pay the bills. That's what I do right away. No-one likes it. I don't like it. But we all know the saying "Only 2 things are certain, death and taxes".

I have several costs in my life:

-Mortgage

-Electricity,gas and water

-Internet/TV

-Food

Most of my paycheck goes to those things. I also put some money on my savings account every month. About 10-15% of my salary.  No too much because the amount of interest you get from the bank is very low these days so it's not really worth your while.

Investing(not only money) is something I really think is important and everyone should do this. Not only for the present but for the very distant future as well. A minimum of 10% goes to investments. Most will go to investment funds and global ETFs and yeah, a little bit into crypto! I also save up some money for my retirement through a pension fund because I don't expect much support from the government when I retire.

Of course I do spend money once in a while! Spending is actually equally important as saving money. If you're dead you can't enjoy all your hard earned money. You just have to find the right balance.

Oh wait! I forgot one big cost:

-My girlfriend

Cheers!
