Your phone runs one OS. Your PC runs another and your smart home devices may run on something else. Then there are the gaming consoles. This is a nightmare when it comes to compatibility. But what if there was a cross platform OS. What if every device ran on one OS and the devs just made 1 app and it works on your phone, tab, watch, laptop, TV or even your washing machine.....
It's A New OS After A Long Time
I know that there was a Firefox OS and few other ones including Chrome OS. But none of them made an impact on the status quo of the OS marketshare. Fuchsia is probably the one to change it.
