As long as overall tax rate is not marginal (exceeding 110%) I will experiment with increasing basic tax above 10% gradually daily. Today set to 11%. Funds for card burn is a bit lower than hoped (around 3k SIM daily.)

I also donated 25,000 SIM on the first day of my term to provide extra card burn funds.
