We recently moved into a house in the countryside of northern Sweden with our cat. Here we really get to feel the contrast between the short, intensive burst of energy that comes with summer, and the white surrealistic snowscapes that transform the world into winter. The house itself comes with alot of history and objects from the past century, many of which are new and fascinating for us to explore.
Creativity is very important to me and a way of life that has always been inevitable, if I'm not painting I'm taking photos, editing or writing. Mainly for the experimentation and the meditative process, but if the results turn out nicely that's an awesome bonus of course. My greatest source of inspiration is always nature and all it's details and beauty, it keeps me constantly amazed and challenging me to make others see exactly what I see!
My posts here will probably be quite random observations of different moments and their specific moods. I also enjoy rearranging and remixing them through filters, as if to hoard the essence of the magic in a "more is more" manor 馃専
To me colours and contrasts, shapes and patterns are languages. I try to catch some words and phrases here and there, capture snapshots of it all in action.
I also have my ever growing collection of colourful Coleus plants, growing them and cultivating new hybrids is a nicely tropical contrast to the frozen world outdoors in the cold scandanavian winter. These magnificent plants bring me so much joy and following them will also be a part of my blog.
