I was addicted to heroin so for me social media is nothing lol. I did feel like recently I was spending a lot of time on Instagram and Tiktok though. It was distracting me from my purpose and my mission with @ryzeonline (which is to help people manifest their dream life) so how can I manifest my own if I'm spending time messing around on socials and not helping anyone? I can't. So I deleted the apps that were pulling my focus. And that's been super helpful. I have decided to give 10 minutes at night (after my work & housework is done for the day) on my laptop to check 3 profiles on IG that I use for inspiration for my own content and my transformation. So for me, this is working and has helped with my productivity.
Addiction is usually a way we comfort ourselves be it drugs, drink, or social media. There's an underlying issue that needs to be addressed and not the actual social media addiction. For me, I believed I was missing something to help others, and also some fear that my skills weren't up to par. I've been working on these things too this week and have used law of attraction methods to change them. I feel much better and so far this week has been much better belief-wise, productive-wise, and confidence-wise.
@ryzeonline was super helpful in getting me to transform those things.
Wishing you a productive rest of your week
much love
