At all times we read, listen and are taught that we must trust the Lord, consciously if we do not trust sometimes we feel a type of guilt, all this can sometimes be overwhelming and frustrating.
God knows us perfectly and knows that our faith does not develop in an instant, and we have many examples of this, such as the case of Thomas who, if he did not see the marks of his wounds, did not believe, we also have the centurion who He believed that with just the words of Jesus his servant could be cured.

We also have that example that we remember very easily because it represents a lot to us, it is the case of Peter who had trusted in the Lord so much that he decided to get out of the boat and walk on the waters, but when he saw the strong waves and doubt entered into him and he staggered sinking into the sea, but still the Lord only showed compassion and abundant grace.
We would like faith in us to be something linear and automatic, but it is not like that, we must feed our faith daily. There are stages of faith and in principle we know that God can do what he says he will do but we are not so sure. Little by little our faith grows and we focus on him, we put our situations in his hands, until we reach that level of faith in which we say: I believe that God says that he will do it, that is why I will only act knowing that this is the case. be.
Do you want your faith to grow? It is simple and complex at the same time, you must spend more time with the Lord and get to know Him more and more. This means that you must read his word. Just as the Lord helped Peter by extending his hand full of grace and mercy, he will do the same with us.

En todo tiempo leemos, escuchamos y nos enseñan que debemos confiar en al Señor, conscientemente si no confiamos en ocasiones sentimos un tipo de culpabilidad, todo est o en ocasiones puede ser abrumador y frustrante.
Dios nos conoce perfectamente y sabe que nuestra fe no se desarrolla en un instante, y de ello tenemos muchos ejemplos como es el caso de Tomás quien si no veía las marcas de sus heridas no creía, también tenemos al centurión quien creía que con tan solo las palabras de Jesus su criado podría ser curado.
Entrando Jesús en Capernaum, vino a él un centurión, rogándole, 6 y diciendo: Señor, mi criado está postrado en casa, paralítico, gravemente atormentado. 7 Y Jesús le dijo: Yo iré y le sanaré. 8 Respondió el centurión y dijo: Señor, no soy digno de que entres bajo mi techo; solamente di la palabra, y mi criado sanará. 9 Porque también yo soy hombre bajo autoridad, y tengo bajo mis órdenes soldados; y digo a este: Ve, y va; y al otro: Ven, y viene; y a mi siervo: Haz esto, y lo hace. 10 Al oírlo Jesús, se maravilló, y dijo a los que le seguían: De cierto os digo, que ni aun en Israel he hallado tanta fe. 11 Y os digo que vendrán muchos del oriente y del occidente, y se sentarán con Abraham e Isaac y Jacob en el reino de los cielos; 12 mas los hijos del reino serán echados a las tinieblas de afuera; allí será el lloro y el crujir de dientes. 13 Entonces Jesús dijo al centurión: Ve, y como creíste, te sea hecho. Y su criado fue sanado en aquella misma hora.

Tenemos también ese ejemplo que muy fácil recordamos porque mucho nos representa, es el caso de Pedro quien había confiado en el Señor tanto que decidió salir de la barca y caminar sobre las aguas, pero al ver las fuertes olas y fuertes vientos entró en él la duda y tambaleó hundiéndose en el mar, pero aún así el Señor solo mostró compasión y abundante gracia.
La fe en nosotros desearíamos que fuese algo linear y automático, pero no es así, debemos alimentar nuestra fe a diario. Existen etapas de fe y en principio sabemos que Dios puede hacer lo que dice que hará pero no estamos tan seguros. Poco a poco nuestra fe crece y ponemos foco en él, ponemos en sus manos nuestras situaciones, hasta que llegamos a ese nivel de fe en el que decimos: Creo que Dios dice que lo hará, es por ello que solamente actuaré sabiendo que así será.
¿Deseas que tu fe crezca?, es sencillo y complejo a la vez, debes pasar mas tiempo con el Señor y conocerle mas y mas. esto significa que debes leer su palabra. Así como el Señor ayudó a Pedro extendiendo su mano lleno de gracia y misericordia, de la misma manera hará con nosotros.
