University of the People (UoPeople) is a tuition free online university that offers world class education in the fields of business, computer science, and  health science. Though tuition is $0, there is a $60 application fee and $100 fee per final exam. This means that a Bachelor degree would cost a total of $4160 which is fantastic, especially considering that in the United States the average student graduates with $25,000 of debt.
