Thops is a student at the Academy of Raya Lucaria. He can teach (sell) some rudimentary sorceries. When first encountered he begs for some runes. If you should donate said runes, Thops will also reveal how you can get past the magical barrier, found at the entrance of the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
