To me, Hive is like my go-to magazine or newspaper, with lots of pictures, a carryover from Steemit. Somehow, my two-cents worth has morphed into a couple of thousand US Dollars worth of Hive Money, with an $.11 upvote. And entertainment with other coin collectors.
