Thanks for the report, @silverd510. I know what you are saying. I got stuck with a few graded NGC, American Silver Eagles, starting to show the dreaded signs. It was not NGC's fault. Some, overpaid, inept, quality controller, was asleep, on the job. For a long time. I have heard of similar reports, pointing toward planchet/blanks, producers. And with Silver & planchet shortages, no one would dare stop the assembly line. But, yes, they are still Silver and always will be.
