Thanks again for keeping us updated and informed, Gene Everett - geneeverett@geneeverett. My Local Coin Shop Dealer, said it is a State Tax Law. Each US State & Territory, has its own law. Where it is being shipped to... Some screw their Citizens & some don't. And $1,000 minimum, plays a role.
