A while back, some unhappy, wealthy Americans were talking about renouncing their US Citizenship and moving to New Zealand or Australia. They had thousands of cities, in 50 different US States, to choose from. I would have, first, checked out every city, before leaving the USA. Canada, too, for that matter.
