Yes, the Silver US Nickel Five-Cents, (with about $1.45 USD, Silver content), still pop up in change, occasionally. One can spot them, sometimes, by their dark appearance. But they may become the once-in-a-lifetime occurrence, soon. I found my last one, in change, a couple/few years, ago. I look for Extra Fine examples, at the Local Coin Shop's junk box.
