Thanks again, @geneeverett. I'm interested in what you are saying. Yes, there is a lot to be said about Texas & Florida. There are areas in Port Saint Lucie, FL, that average Northerners bought a nice little house and the whole block of plots & lots, for the same money they made off their northern home sale. They own the whole quiet street.
