Quite a normal American military Amphibious transport dock ship besides being made of steel salvaged from the World Trade Center.
The ship is in active service and is used for various purposes.
This is a nice military gesture to pay tribute to the victims of September 11 attacks.
I will not bother whit Specification for the ship, normal military ship With all kinds of weapons.
