Ofc, yes~ First of all, don't forget to check https://www.risingstargame.com/main.asp?tab=faq#Rankings

You need to know how the score works. That's why we need to check the formula:
(Total IM * Total IM Percentage) + (Total Cards * Total Cards Multiplier * Total Cards Percentage) + (Unique Cards * Unique Cards Multiplier * Unique Cards Percentage) + (Total Minutes Played * Weekly Minutes Multiplier * Weekly Minutes Percentage).

If you see it clearly, you can see the multiplier is there while its formula is based on the average IM / Average of the multiplier type you want. In my opinion, you can focus on Unique cards -> Weekly minutes (Playing time) -> Cards with IM -> Cards without IM. I know it's late to collect unique cards but it's needed as it has a big score overall. You can always change it to cheap cards to increase the total cards if the price is too higher 👍.
P.S. Be ready for Monthly cards 🤩, I always buy normal to epic cards depending on the price.
