We definitely do follow budgeting... I believe in the importance of doing so.

Alas — due to rising costs and declining income — currently 100% of our income goes to "needs' + setting money aside for taxes... and that will probably remain true until the economy overall gets better. Sadly, I think a lot of people are in a similar situation...
