No doubt, the study based on memorization has become a method of learning in most countries. Everyone tries to empty its educational content in the mind of students and turns it into a memory machine.
This problem created a group of the first students who have high memorization capabilities and then after that they become professors and turn into a new method of indoctrination and the pattern continues.
In fact, we do not deny the importance of preserving the information in general, or I would like to call it knowledge of the information, but not as it is taught in schools and universities.
There must be a priority for understanding before anything. If we have, for example, a lesson that talks about the water cycle in the world, the subject can be taught as follows:
"The waters of the seas evaporate by the sun, then they turn into clouds, then rain falls and is absorbed by the soil and leaks into streams of water from seas and rivers to repeat the cycle."
There is no need, for example, to recall that the world discovered such and such in a year such and then another criticized it and then .... etc.
Of this information that is of no use but that it loses the student's focus and distraction.
Why is it so difficult to remember?
The brain focuses on important information or information that is frequently repeated. The nature of the human mind is that it does not memorize everything or it will become insane.
If you repeat something you will memorize it and if you see an important thing you will memorize it and if you understand something well you will memorize it with ease.
But how difficult it is to remember here in the enormous information that is placed in the books, for here the mind feels distracted and almost becomes mad.
You also find it difficult to remember because of the mixing of many substances in your mind, whether for example physics, chemistry or biology. All of these things you are not already convinced of the information you take or that you do not understand it at all.
Easy to memorize and fun ways
In the beginning, you must love anything so that you do not feel uncomfortable with it, and if you feel uncomfortable with it, you will not be able to do it.
So how will we make memorizing easy and enjoyable to love. I have effective methods and try it out for you.
First of all rhymes, you may have noticed that you memorize songs with ease, due to the rhymes, all you have to do is to link the words together and make them smooth and easy sentences.
Second, make the subject studied as a story, as we remember the story because if we forget something, it will remind us of the previous part and so on.
Thirdly, pictures, the human mind remembers pictures and their details more than words, so if you have several elements, for example, in the lesson and you want or memorize them, draw them as a picture and each element has its own drawing.
Finally, make all your senses work together. Try repeating the information aloud as you look at the book. Here you made the sense of sight, hearing and speech all work together.
Finally, I would like to advise you to try to search for anything that you do not understand and do not try to save information that you do not understand, because here you do not always save it but rather a temporary memorization that has no value.
