I lease HP 2 ways:

1. Direct to other users, I ask them politely if I can lease their HP, if they are okay I pay them at a rate of 10% APR. Payment is daily using Keychain Recurrent Transfer

2. Hive-Engine

This case, you place a request and wait for delegators to respond to your request.

I also set around 9-10% APR.

Hive-Engine will have fee, i think around 2%.
