I believe we have it in our system; a form of hatred into something or someone. There will always be a particular event in our life in which we develop it. Some of us can clear it out of our system while others may have forgotten it but it's still buried somewhere deep in them. Simply forgetting about it and keep it hidden inside of us is not healthy at all. Even though it's hidden it can still resurface and haunt us.
As it haunts us, it also triggers our emotional defense mechanism that fuels it and makes it even more dominant in our life. Our goal should be to harness the positive events in our life instead of the hateful ones. If we are unsuccessful about it then we will develop more of our anxiety, obsessive thinking, and paranoia. Basically, it will not end up well for us, and it's self-destructive.
Free yourself from disdain and figure out how to forgive and never look back. That is the best thing that can satisfy you. Don't hold hard feelings. In the event that you feel scorn towards a person or an event in your life, usher it with sympathy and empathy. These are fixes to hate.
Contempt depends on the impression of the other, yet in addition has a solid relationship with ourselves, with our own set of experiences, and its effects on our character, conclusions, considerations, feelings, and especially our character.
We are more joyful in the event that we can feel the feelings we want. Regardless of whether those feelings are terrible, like outrage and contempt, then we have to make an assessment about it and do something to alleviate it. Regardless of how confounded things get in any relationship, love can prevail upon dread and anger, in the hopes that you keep your attention on controlling your own responses and discovering more approaches to have acceptance for the other individual's opinion.
Before you know it, the feeling of hatred will quickly transform into fondness towards the person or the event that gave you the feeling of hatred.
Don't hate, live well!
