At least it only lacks the local form of his birth certificate to clarify his middle name, fixyetbroken@fixyetbroken. In our case, I and the kids were able to finish the process, and my wife needed to submit the local marriage certificate and her local birth certificate. While others failed to process because of the spelling of their names that need to be corrected by filing a complaint.
