Watched the recording as well and find that there were a lot of miscommunications along the way. Though I am not a fan of Justin, I find that he is also a victim here because of @ned. He wasn't aware of the obligations STINC has before buying over @ned's stake. You may argue that Justin's team could have done more due diligence, but we are beyond that point already.

I find that the community elected witnesses should come to a compromise with Justin and go after @ned together through legal actions. Currently, it is quite a stalemate. From the recording I can tell that the witnesses are still open for constructive negotiations. As long as both parties are willing to compromise a little, there is still a good future.
