First post on Hive - A few useful things I learned..

Hello Hiveans (not sure what the people on Hive want to call themselves 🤣), the Hive fork was successfully completed last night (Singapore time). I found it a little confusing at first to get started on Hive.

So here are a few things that I learned and will like to share with everyone. First, there is a new Hive keychain but it is not officially downloadable on Chrome store. But fret not, @themarkymark created an awesome guide to teach you how to install the new Hive keychain. Interestingly, hive.blog is still using the "Steem Keychain" for login, at least that is happening on my Chrome browser.

On the other hand, Peakd.com is already using the Hive Keychain.

Another useful site I learned about is Hive Projects, over there you will be able to find other useful projects on Hive. Such as the Hive block explorer.

I also found that the 2 games that I am playing the most on Steem (@nextcolony and @holybread) are still on Steem blockchain. Seems like there are still much to do before Hive will start buzzing with life.
