First one was a British composer, pianist and teacher based in Dresden, Germany for most of his career. He was born in Saharanpur, Indie on 3rd June 1878 and died in Zürich, Switzerland on 16th October 1956. Beside his interesting life and carrier, he is relatively unknown today, so we will not dedicate him any more word in this article, focusing on the French keyboardist and vocalist Roland Bocquet.

Roland Bocquet has his roots in psychedelic rock band Catharsis which was a leader. Group was very active between 1969 and 1977, releasing 7 solo LPs, two LPs with poet Bernard Verley and at least 15 EPs or singles. After this journey, he stepped on the path of solo carrier as a soundtrack composer and new music producer, experimenting with electronic and native instruments. Effects of his experiments are often exposed as an interesting mixture of ambient, jazz, blues, funk, folk, rock, synthpop and italo.
