Do the CTPSB delegators get CTPSB tokens?

Yes, they go CTP in the past and now they get CTPSB.

You can just set up a buy wall around the CTPSB price and if you need to refill that wall, then a small powerdown might be needed. In a way, you allow people to go in and out of the project like the Liotes project.
